Couples, Families, and Close Two-Person Relationships
Empowering You to Embrace Change and Thrive
What It Is
Relationships are where we experience some of our deepest joys and deepest wounds. This work focuses on couples, families, and other close two-person relationships such as parent-child,
siblings, co-parents, or close friends. Therapy provides a safe space to explore patterns, communicate more effectively, and rebuild trust.
Why It Matters
Even when you love someone deeply, relational patterns can create tension, misunderstandings,
and emotional distance. Over time, these patterns can leave you feeling frustrated, disconnected,
or unseen. Addressing them helps improve not only your relationships but also your own sense of
stability and self-understanding.
How Therapy Helps
Therapy allows you to unpack difficult interactions, practice healthier communication, and explore
underlying emotions. Sessions can focus on resolving conflict, understanding relational patterns,
repairing ruptures, or simply creating space to be heard and understood.
Getting Started
If you are experiencing challenges in a close relationship and want support, the first step is
scheduling a consultation. In that call, we can discuss your experiences, your goals, and whether
this type of therapy feels like the right fit for you.
