    Meet REAGAN

    Hello, my name is Reagan.

I know firsthand how challenging it is to live life on life’s terms without drugs and alcohol, having been in recovery for over 12 years. I became a substance abuse counselor because I wanted others to experience how transformative and rewarding recovery can be. I am also a survivor of domestic violence, and I’ve navigated the legal consequences of addiction for much of my adult life. While I was fortunate to have people in recovery walk alongside me, I also had to learn how to find resources, resolve legal issues, and live on a disability income without support from my family. For me, becoming empowered wasn’t just a skill—it was a necessity. Now, my goal is to help others discover that same sense of empowerment, if and when they choose.

What helped me most in my own journey was the presence of others who had walked through similar struggles before me. That truth continues to guide my work today. By connecting my humanity with the humanity of those I serve, I strive to create a safe space where individuals and families can discover resilience, reclaim their stories, and build sustainable recovery together.

My approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective. I work with adults and their families, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), solution-focused narrative therapy, and 12-step ideology when it aligns with a client’s goals. This blend of evidence-based practices and lived experience allows me to meet people where they are with authenticity, empathy, and respect.

    Meet RICKI

    Greetings!

I’m Ricki Martin, LMSW. I became a therapist because I know what it’s like tohold it all together while quietly unraveling inside. Growing up in Memphis and navigating both community spaces and private school environments, I learned early on what it feels like to exist between worlds, in spaces where it is easy to be seen but not always understood. That experience shaped my

passion for creating safe spaces where people, especially Black women and families, can show up as their full selves without apology.

I work with teens, adults, and parents who are carrying the weight of anxiety, identity struggles, or life transitions that feel too heavy to manage alone. I specialize in perinatal mental health and anxiety, and I’m passionate about helping Black women and families feel seen and cared for in their journey toward healing. My approach is collaborative and compassionate; ensuring therapy with me feels like having a safe space to breathe and be

honest, without judgment. I pull from strengths-based and trauma-informed frameworks, always focusing on what feels most supportive for your unique

    needs.

I value authenticity and connection in the therapeutic space, and I want my clients to leave feeling grounded, affirmed, and capable of healing on their own terms. Outside of therapy, I’m a full-spectrum doula and the founder of BABE Family Wellness (Beyond A Birthing Experience, PLLC), where I provide perinatal support, counseling, and wellness products. When I’m not working,

I’m probably writing, catching a comedy show, or exploring new cities with my daughter. You can learn more about my work at
